Calaveras County is home to the beautiful, rugged landscape of the Central Sierra Foothills. Whether you are coming to Murphys to go wine tasting, Angels Camp for our famous Frog Jump, or Arnold to see the massive Giant Sequoias in Calaveras Big Trees, our region has so much to offer for your next adventure.
We provide three different ways to enjoy your passage to the best of Gold Country: Ticketed Tours, Private Tours, and Charters. Ticketed wine tours and adventure tours pick up from several locations throughout Calaveras. Would you rather have an exclusive tour made up of your friends and family? You can book a private tour where we will customize your entire experience. Already have an event and would like to charter our vans to transport your guests? We do that, too.
Whether you are taking a solo trip or booking for nine, you can select the tour and date most convenient for you.
We have pickup locations with lodging partners across Calaveras County.
Whether you are looking for some adventure, or strictly wine tasting – we have a tour perfect for you!
Providing door-to-door service with a fully customized itinerary for you and your party of up to nine [per van]. If you are staying at a hotel, Airbnb or Vacation Rental, we can pick up anywhere in Calaveras, Tuolumne, or Amador Counties.
Whether you have specific places you want to see or you would like us to put a tour together for you – this is a great option for small groups.
Our home base is in Angels Camp located in the heart of Calaveras County. Calaveras [home of Murphys, Arnold, Angels Camp, Copperopolis, Mokelumne Hill and more] offers a rich Gold Rush era history, endless outdoor adventures, and award winning Mediterranean style wines. But we also visit our neighbors to the north and south of us: Tuolumne County is our southern neighbor which is home of Sonora, Jamestown, Colombia, and Twain Hart. Our neighbor to the north, Amador County features the famous Shenandoah Valley Wine Trail, Jackson, Sutter Creek, Pioneer, and other gems.
Also referred to as the Central Sierra Foothills, our uniquely rugged beauty attracts visitors who want to be transported into what feels like a different era, with the ammenities of today. From rolling hills to mountainous peaks, our views dramatically change along with the elevation. Buildings from the 1850s and earlier are strewn across the Gold Country, along with mines and caverns that bring out your inner prospector.
With endless options to see and experience, we can’t wait to give you an insider’s experience to the very best of Gold Country.
